I retain all rights to the finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process, which include but are not limited to: distribution & reproduction (feature in artbook with client's permission), self-promotion, and display on portfolio as commission samples. (Let me know if you want to publish it as anonymous or want to keep it private.)

All commissions will be put on my portfolio. Unless it's commercial commission or have been discused upon beforehand.

I have right to decline your commission request for personal reasons.

I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

Commissions are for personal use only: gift, wallpaper, personal prints, use on social media with credit to the artis (@petulantprodigy or profile link).

You have 2 major revisions on sketch or outline part, and 1 minor revision on colored stage *at this stage I will send the colored preview for you to check.

Any major revision after finished stage will be charge in full price (color, changing pose/costume/hair or adding ornament/accesories...). Please be really careful in giving any instructions or references.

One commission takes roughly 1-4 weeks (work day) starting from I've recieved the payment. Please send me, payment confirmation/proof. I will inform you if there's a delay in process.

Do not use the preliminary materials (sketch, poses, color draft, etc) I provide for any other purpose beside commisioning me and your personal use.

Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission. Cropping the artwork to post online is OK.

Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, crypto currency, AI image genators and future inventions of these technologies.

100% upfront via Paypal after sketch approval.

All invoices are due within 3 working days, unless there are other agreements. Invoices past the due date will be canceled along with the commission associated with it.

I will start working after receiving the payment.

Commission paid earlier will be prioritized in the commission list.

I will work folowing the order number I give you. If any reason I need to extend the deadline, I will tell you as soon as possible.

If you have specific deadline in mind, please let me know in advance.

Process is divided into 3 stages: Sketch → line art and base color draft → finished artwork

Time between sketch to finished artwork is around 3 days up to a month (working day).

The finished artwork will be delivered via email in wetransfer link (link will be available for 7 days). File will be sent in .jpg format and in highest resolution (300dpi) include a small watermark.

Maximum of 3 revisions in sketch stage, 2 revisions in lineart and base color stages, free of charge.

Major revisions outside the scope of the Form which require redrawing (pose & outfit change, add background, etc) will cost full price. Sometimes I may offer changes for the composition that I think will fit your requirement, the final decisions are yours and my suggestions are all free.

Please give feedback within 3 days. On day 3, I will send a reminder in case you miss my previous email. If there's still no contact after 3 days, I will start the next stage without waiting for approval to not cause delay on the commission list.
